What we collect

When you give, we record your name, email address, the amount, and — only if you provide them — a telephone number and a message. When you subscribe to letters we record your email address and, if you give it, your name. When you write to us we record what you sent.

What we publish

On the donor wall we publish the amount of each gift and, unless you choose to be anonymous, a display name. Nothing else from your giving record is ever public.

Payments

Card and mobile money details are handled by our payment providers and never reach our servers. We store the provider's transaction reference so we can find your gift if you ask us to.

Letters

Subscriptions are double opt-in: you receive a confirmation link and nothing is sent until you use it. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
